Returns

We understand that sometimes things don't fit as expected.

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the product within 45 days and we'll exchange it or give you a full refund of the purchase price.

All returned items must be returned in as-new condition, with the original labels intact, and must not have been worn or washed.

Please note, where the item returned isn’t in as-new condition we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds unless faulty, but can be exchanged for other sizes subject to availability.

How to return a Collection item

  1. Pack up the item, in as-new condition, with all tags and ribbons attached, within 45 days of purchase.
  2. Ship the item back to the nearest location. Please clearly identify who you are, the order number and why you're returning the item (exchange or refund or warranty claim) 

Exchanges

If you're exchanging items/sizes we'll send them out using the same system as your original order. You'll receive an email with tracking details when we dispatch the exchanged items.

Refunds

If you're sending items back for a refund, we'll refund the purchase back to the debit/credit card you used when the product arrives back to us. Any shipping fees paid at time of purchase are non-refundable.

Unsure about your size or style when making a purchase?

If you're unsure which size or style is right for you, we recommend buying two items and returning the one you don't want for a refund.

If you ordered an item and want to exchange it for another size or style, there are two ways to handle the exchange.

  1. Place an order for the size you want and return the one you don't want, using the returns process mentioned above.
  2. Return the goods to us with a note about the item you want to exchange it for and we'll ship it out when received. There may be an additional shipping charge that you'll need to pay when we send the second item.

Important

This returns policy relates to our Collection range of cycle clothing only. There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items unless faulty.

We also make Custom cycle clothing which cannot be returned, as it is made to order for you. It's important to get the correct fit and size before purchasing, so please contact us and we can send sizing samples before you place your Custom order.
